Salary: £20-25k DOE + benefits

You’ll be an ambitious, organised and excited about embarking on a career in the world of B2B marketing account management. With a degree-level marketing-related qualification or with 1-2 years’ marketing agency experience, you’ll be professional and proficient in your approach, a great team player, keen to develop great relationships both internally and externally with your clients and willing to learn about the great things are clients do. You’ll bring Coda and our clients your can-do attitude that’s based in best-practice methodologies.

Personable and proactive, you’ll learn and develop a technical understanding of our clients’ products and services, so you are able to converse with them at the level they demand; you’ll also be a decision maker, able to work on your own initiative, as well as integrating yourself into our close-knit team, based in Poole, Dorset.

Essential skills

  • Working with the Account Manager to devise and implement the best ways to deliver client work and assets that meets their brief and budget
  • Ability to effectively briefing studio and digital teams, as well pro ide accurate and detailed client feedback
  • Client liaison and relationship building
  • Implement and maintain any relevant documentation including accurate records of meetings, actions, studio briefs, timing plans and contact reports
  • Manage the process of all creative work by documenting client feedback, relaying to creative team and attending creative review meetings.
  • Monitor project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating potential changes that may be required internally and externally.
  • Keeping in touch with client and updating them at all times through project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised in account management and time management

Essential requirements

  • Clean driving license
  • Current passport
  • Degree level qualification in a marketing communications-related discipline, or at least two years equivalent experience in a relevant position
  • A demonstrable track record in account management

Salary between £20,000 – £25,000 dependent upon experience
