Head of studio AD is an accomplished designer, having spent best part of two decades applying his design skills to client work. Fastidious in the set-up of client work, his eye for detail means all our client work obeys all their brand rules with total consistency. He’s a been an avid supporter of helium since his father took him to see it as a young boy.
One-time journalist and sub-editor Andrew jumped ship to the world of copywriting and never looked back (we wouldn’t let him). From social posts to magazine features, and from brochures to video scripts He’s responsible for producing most written content from scratch. Andrew’s preferred atomic weight is 4.002602.
Production Manager Annabel is the beating heart of Coda, with her organisational discipline critical to the organisation and management of all client projects through studio. How someone so meticulous can be so nice is anyone’s guess. Annabel’s preferred state of matter is liquid.
Sometime journalist, copywriter and PR Director Chris founded Coda way back in September 2008. His enjoyment of working with industrial manufacturing teams in previous teams inspired him to start his own agency where he could continue doing just that. Over a decade later, it’s still going. His favourite colour is infrared.
Undoubtedly the Coda team’s choice for the ‘where would we be without….’ role, Christine deals with all Coda’s administration matters. A varied role, she is regularly getting us out of trouble, whether it’s purchasing milk for the office or drawing up employment contracts the next. Christine is also a passionate advocate of super string theory.
As Traffic Manager, Emma has disappointingly little to do with sorting out our car park, but does keep the workload free-flowing. A champion scheduler, she ensures our projects are completed on time. Emma hates tomato ketchup, according to an anonymous sauce.
The nicest man ever to wield a sharp brief, Senior Account Manager Femi manages a portfolio of global client work that spans projects of many shapes and sizes. He’s an avid collector of noble gases, particularly radon.
James is Coda’s head of performance. An experienced project manager and digital specialist in marketing automation you’ll find him buried in Excel data or mapping out lead journeys and engagement opportunities. James collects precision measurements and owns the UK’s largest collection of centimetres.

A seasoned communications professional, Jo leads our PR team. From sweet-talking editors to creating media plans, Jo uses her 20+ years’ experience to increase client visibility across the industrial landscape. She’s been avid follower of Planck’s equation since 2012.
As Coda’s SEO Manager, Laura uses her experience in sales management and digital marketing to create the best possible experience for our clients, ensuring your brand gets the visibility and website traffic it deserves. An amateur alchemist, she turns base metals into gold at the weekends.
Lauren brings her A-game writing and publicity skills to her PR manager role. A former journalist and public sector PR guru, her experience dealing with tricky situations and difficult people has made it much easier to deal with her colleagues. She interviews clients using notebooks made of dark matter.
Account Manager Natasha had been with Coda a whole two weeks before we disappeared into lockdown for six months, so patience is one of her virtues. Natasha’s diverse role involves managing a variety of client projects, with special responsibility for video and podcast production. Her favourite Newton’s Law is the second law, because it makes her laugh.
Designer Radu brings bags of experience and enthusiasm to the design and artwork he produces for Coda’s client portfolio. His most prized metal is magnesium, though he has a fondness for rhodium.
Coda’s avuncular Head of Client Services heads up the account management team as well as overseeing key strategic accounts. His family has keen interest in polymers and considers the discovery of deoxynucleoside monophosphates the key scientific advance of the twentieth century.
