Digital Account Manager

Salary: £30-35k DOE

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Digital Account Manager to help manage the delivery of digital services to our clients, supporting Coda’s transition to delivering a complete, data-driven, content-led programme of measurable lead generation to our global customer base.

With Coda’s in-demand combination of expert content, communications and campaigns turbocharged by rapid growth in complementary digital services including marketing automation, website optimisation, SEO and PPC, we’d like to hear from ambitious, experienced digital account managers to manage the delivery of these services to clients in the UK, Europe and Americas.

Professional and proficient in your approach, enthusiastic about all things digital, you’ll bring Coda and our clients your can-do attitude that’s based in best-practise methodologies. You’ll guide them to the best possible solutions, overseeing the delivery of these services, and ensure Coda delivers the excellent results and outcomes they demand.

Working as part of the agency you will be responsible for: 

  • The day-to-day management of digital client accounts
  • Paid and SEO marketing strategy input/actioning
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
  • Campaign analysis, to inform on-going insight-led optimisation
  • Collaboration with SEO resource on audits, fixes and backlink generation
  • Work alongside PPC resource on maintaining and improving campaigns
  • Briefing developers on new projects and requirements
  • Establish trusted relationship with clients
  • Input in email campaigns, user journey and tracking
  • Determining the scope of work and ensuring both parties (client and agency) are aligned
  • Assist the Digital Lead in always helping evolve our digital offering and capability and looking at new digital platforms, processes and insights

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A solid background in digital delivery
  • Understanding of PPC SEO and web development
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience driving performance and change
  • Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure
  • Enthusiam for dealing with a wide range of people, organisations and cultures

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in HubSpot and Pardot marketing automation systems
  • Knowledge in CMS systems, WordPress and Umbraco
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager
