About Coda:

Coda is the UK’s fastest growing industrial B2B marketing agency.

Our clients make brilliant, mind-bendingly smart stuff that underpins the world we live in – from gas and temperature analytics to 3D vision sensors and predictive IOT technologies that make factories more efficient. Coda’s market-leading expertise and knowledge in these areas make us the ‘go-to’ agency for these industries – and we’re known for our dedication and ability to understand, manage, and deliver their complex marketing needs.

We’re also the largest Employee-Owned Marketing Communications agency in Dorset. And for us, Employee Ownership means our team has more of a voice in how the agency runs, and that they directly benefit from Coda’s successes too. We want to hear from people who show passion, demonstrate integrity, collaborate with ease, and who take ownership of their own self-mastery. And to be the best fit to join Coda, you need to be motivated to work for the collective good of the whole team.

Coda – where creativity meets results

The challenge of our work is to bring creativity to complex solutions, and to communicate the benefits of technical products elegantly. We have a team of superstars who do that with their eyes closed, but because client projects never land in sequence, we sometimes need an extra pair of hands.

If you think that could be you, drop us a line to tell us a bit about you, and your experience. If you have a link to your portfolio or website, even better.

Thank you for your application, we appreciate your interest in joining our team.

Please note that we will be in touch only with candidates who are successful in progressing to the next stage of the selection process.

We wish you the best of luck and thank you again for considering Coda as a potential employer.
