About you

You’ll be an ambitious individual, ready to progress to the next level, who dreams of taking their marketing and design skills to an international level. Professional and proficient in your approach, you’ll bring to Coda and our clients your can-do attitude that’s based on best-practice methodologies.

Personable and proactive, you’ll learn and develop a technical understanding of our client’s products and services, so you are able to converse with them at the level they demand; you’ll also be a decision maker, able to work on your own initiative, as well as integrating yourself into our large client services and digital and performance team, based in Poole, Dorset.’

**Please note that while we operate a hybrid working policy, you will be expected to be able to onboard, attend team meetings and participate in planning activities at our office in Poole, Dorset as required, so please only apply if you are based within reasonable commuting distance or are considering relocation**

Responsibilities

  • Campaign planning and supporting
  • Creation of campaign strategy utilising budget, audience and timeline
  • Working with Account Managers / Directors and clients on strategic development and campaign execution in line with client requirements and timelines
  • Development and management of campaign budgets, goals and requirements
  • Campaign journey planning
  • Visualisation of journey, showing required channels, content, metrics of interest
  • Campaign and associated channel management, such as GoogleAds and LinkedIn
  • Work closely with in house and/or external partners to execute digital activities
  • Website, ticketing and CRM coordinating
  • Creation of our monthly reports alongside our data analysis to enable further optimisations and visibility on performance
  • Adding value (both internally and externally) through campaign and channel centric consultation.

Essential requirements:

  • Current passport
  • Campaign Management discipline, or equivalent
  • Marketing agency experience
