Equality and opportunity for everyone in our business
Upholding fair and equitable practise in all we do
Responsibilities to our community and environment
We’re committed to become a business with minimal CO2 impact. That’s why we’ve partnered with the Ecologi climate positive workforce plan, which offsets our entire team’s carbon footprint through a combination of forestry planting and funding for global renewables projects.
Since 2018 we’ve sponsored an annual competition giving students in school and colleges across Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole the chance to showcase their problem-solving skills – using Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) knowledge that will enable them to succeed in the global businesses Coda services.
Food poverty shouldn’t exist in the United Kingdom in 2020, but it does – and it’s growing. Since 2018, we supported the incredible work of Poole Food Bank in our local community, and nationally we have made annual donations to Crisis to support the homeless and vulnerable at Christmas.
The local institutions that is Poole Bay’s Santa Express has raised more than £100,000 for a range of good causes since 2004 – and gives local children a chance to see the big man himself before Christmas. His train needs annual maintenance, so Coda helps support running costs and upkeep. See you in December, big man!
Thank you, we’ll be in touch soon.
