Recognised for our commitment to sustainability with an award from Ecologi

Coda, the UK’s leading industrial B2B marketing communications agency, has been recognised for its commitment to sustainability with an award from Ecologi, a non-profit organisation dedicated to reducing carbon footprint and accelerating global climate action.

Coda has been awarded Ecologi’s ‘For Our Planet’ Bronze Award which is given to businesses who have funded substantial, diverse and impactful climate projects and portfolios, including carbon avoidance, carbon removals and nature-based solutions.

It is awarded based on the level of climate funding and relative ratio to business turnover from 2023.

Jen Swain, Coda’s CEO commented: “This award clearly demonstrates our commitment to sustainability. We believe in doing all we can to benefit our planet both for now and for future generations, and this is just one small part of it.

“Our efforts directly benefit our clients by fostering stronger relationships, enhancing brand reputation, and contributing to global sustainability goals. By working with organisations like Ecologi on projects that benefit the climate,  looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint and working towards sustainability goals, we know we are having  a positive impact on the environment.”

Coda has also partnered with Claire Lawrenson, an independent Sustainability Officer, to help meet and increase its sustainability targets through responsible business practices.

Claire added: “I’m excited to be working with Coda which has sustainability at the top of its agenda. By working alongside the team to integrate sustainability into all operations, we believe we are leading by example, demonstrating to both clients and others in the industry that sustainability should be a way of business life, that is also beneficial for growth and longevity.”

Coda has been a member of Ecologi for three years, and during that time has funded the planting of 24,136 trees, and funded 61 projects across the globe.
